Echuca go-karting speedster Space is fast running out to store trophies for Reece Sidebottom, who collected another cup by winning a major title in New Zealand last weekend, despite rolling his go-kart in an earlier race.
Echuca Riverine Herald Newspaper Article The Echuca go-karting speedster took the honours in his Junior restricted class at the 2012 Twilight Trans Tasman Challenge by just 0.118 seconds on Saturday in what was the latest of many state and national title wins in recent years.Held at the Manawatu Toyota Raceway in Palmerston North, the challenge saw 19 racers in Reece’s class. Reece, who is in grade 6 at Echuca East Primary School, will have his next assignment next month when he takes part in the Victorian Open Titles at Geelong. In December, he won the Victorian Closed Titles in his rookies class at Swan Hill.
