Patrizi, who has competed in the V8 Supercar Championship Series over the past two years, was a regular competitor in the CIK series under its former guise against the likes of Mark Winterbottom and Jamie Whincup.
"I've always had a passion for karting, and I've always been very involved in it. I've won at a national level, I've got a podium at an international level, and I've raced at the European level for a factory team. I'm still in contact with those guys," said Patrizi.
"I have a lot of great memor
ies there and it was such a fantastic part of my career. In my karting days."
"Remo and I have had a long relationship since I was racing karts, this new opportunity with the CIK Stars of Karting Series is something that we are both very passionate about," said Patrizi.
Luciani and Patrizi are currently finalising their driver line-up with their likely line-up consisting of a pair of
competitors in the Pro Light(KF1) and Pro Junior(KF3) categories with the likely inclusion of drivers in the Pro Gearbox(KZ2) category for
selected rounds throughout the year.
