The Parilla X30 is already eligible to compete in the following classes.

The IAME X30 comes complete ready to race for only $3,495.00.

The X30 (and Leopard RL) are the only engines in the world which have a Selettra electronic ignition with pick-up in the stator and generator for battery charging whilst engine is in use.

The New Generation IAME X30 has a counter balance shaft which eliminates vibrations. It comes complete with a Tryton Carburettor which is easy to tune and with adjustable jet's, you can also adjust the pipe length for tight or long circuits to fine tune the engine. Since its inception in Australia in June 2009 the X30 has proven to be Fun, Reliable and Economical to run.

 

IAME's intention is to provide a class with low running costs and low noise emissions compared to conventional 100 cc racing karts and to reduce the amount of testing and technical expertise required to be competitive, placing the emphasis on Driver Skill.

X30 DEBUT:

The X30's first meeting was on January the 16th, 2010 at the "JUNIOR TOP GUN" in Junior Performance Class.

From its first introduction in Australia in February 2009 to the AKA Technical Committee, and follownig many months of homologation procedures the Leopard X30 engine has finally been approved for competiton in Australia.





This is a great step forward for Australian karting bringing the Australian karter in line with the rest of the world with this one engine worldwide.


You can remain confident that if you purchase a Leopard X30 engine you can be guaranteed of its future in the AKA class structure......


*Approved from 2009 for TaG classes from 2009.

*Approved from 2009 for Restricted 125 Classes with a 23.4 restrictor size from 2009.
The restrictors are available now through your Club, Remo Racing and kart shops.

*Approved from 2009 in ALL Leopard Classes in 2010. The Leopard X30 will carry a 5kg weight penalty and will be reviewed quarterly throughout 2010 to achieve parity with the Leopard RL.

*Approved from 1st January 2011 in ALL State and National Championship title events.

*Approved from 2009 for Junior Performance Class
This new class is a brilliant initiative of the AKA, and allows the use of 125 TaG engines in their restricted format, in a high performance Junior Class on MG AZ Red tyres.


The future of Leopard....the next step forward from Remo Racing

The outcome of the 2009 AKA AGM held in Melbourne on the 23rd of August is fantastic news for Leopard drivers, both current and future.

Remo Racing is delighted to announce that we have completed all necessary documentation required by the AKA for the Leopard X30 engine homologation and have successfully completed all 5 phases of the homologation process.

We would like to thank the AKA/NKC who have been instrumental in assisting Remo Racing to deliver a bright and clear future for all Leopard competitors.
