Sera beat home Matthew Wall by over 10 seconds with Lee Mitchener third. Jason Pringle had earlier won all the heats and pre-final but a DNF midway through the final ended his run. Wall scored the most series points for the day. Canberra's Warren White Jnr made a surprise appearance in Formula 100 Light, winning the final ahead of Sarron Caddy. Luke May was third, and second overall on points. Andrew Quinn was unbeaten all day in Formula 100 Heavy. Tyre Pooling - Tyre pooling will be used at the Geelong round. At drivers briefing all competitors will be asked if they wish tyre pooling to be used at the remaining rounds or not.
